Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original Gorski packaging, ensuring the garment is folded carefully to maintain its shape and quality during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your return parcel, removing any previous shipping stickers.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
